Revised Notice of Public Hearing 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Commission of the Village of Voorheesville will hold a Public Hearing on an Application from Joshua Marks (31 Scotch Pine Dr) for a Site Plan Review for the expansion of a 6-foot, privacy fence to the front yard of a corner lot.  The hearing will be held at the Voorheesville Village Hall at 29 Voorheesville Avenue on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at 7:00 PM.
