PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Voorheesville will hold a Public Hearing on an application from Brian Rubin (11 Circle Dr.) for an Area Variance.  The Variance is for 7-foot of relief from the 20-foot side yard setback to construct an attached garage.  This meeting/hearing will be held at the Village of Voorheesville at 29 Voorheesville Ave. on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at 7 PM.
