NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the City/Town/Village of Voorheesville.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Voorheesville will hold a Public Hearing on May 8, 2024, at 6:00 pm at the Town office 29 Voorheesville Ave, Voorheesville, New York regarding renewal of the cable television franchise agreement by and between the Village of Voorheesville and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications.

A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Clerk’s office, 29 Voorheesville Ave, Voorheesville, New York.  At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.  Written and oral statements will be taken at that time.  Time limitations may be imposed for each oral statement, if necessary.
